2. Custom Offers – work as customized proposals Seller creates to any requirement of a Buyer
3. Gig – comes as the services offered over 6maxi
4. Gig Page – a spot where Seller can explain his services and its terms and buyer purchase the Gig and create order
5. Orders – agreements taking place among Seller and Buyer once the purchase has been placed through Seller’s Gig Page
6. Sellers – users who offer their services with the help of their Gigs
7. Order Page –the area where Sellers and Buyers interact with each other about the gig seller order.

​Users on the website

Sellers

Sellers are required to create GIG on the site to allow the Buyers to shop their services. The ratings on the seller account are weighed based upon the reviews shared by the buyers. Sellers can send Custom offers to Buyers explaining their services, in short mentioning the offerings, price, and timeline of the project.

Buyers

Buyers are advised not to send payments to clients using methods outside the 6maxi.com. The service Buyers will ask the Sellers to provide will depend upon the category services mentioned by the 6maxi platform. Buyers can request the Sellers to provide a custom order, which will address all the requirements expected by the Buyers.

You should not pay a seller using any payment method other than those offered by the 6maxi website.

Orders

Once the payment is confirmed from the buyer, the order is placed and given a unique order number. The Sellers have to deliver finished work with files containing the proof of work required.

1. Any Order is Complete only if delivered by the Seller and accepted by the buyer. It is automatically marked as complete if it receives no action from the buyer or no request for alteration once it is marked as Delivered.
2. Milestone will show as Complete once the Seller delivers and the buyer accepts the order. If no acceptance or modification request comes from the buyer, it will be marked as complete.
3. Once an order on a GIG is placed, the Seller will get a notification alert over his mail and site. Sellers have to meet all the criteria as quality and timeline specified. If Sellers do not deliver on time, the client can cancel the order. It might affect a Seller’s profile.
4. Users are responsible for scanning the files for viruses or other malware before proceeding with the download. 6maxi will not be accountable for any damage caused due to this.
5. Feedback or reviews shared by Buyers on order completion are very important for the rating system on 6maxi. Leaving feedback to the Seller is the perquisites of the buyer.
6. Comments, reviews, or feedback delivered by the client will display on the Sellers’ profile.
7. Users can share their feedback or review within ten days of order completion. We will not consider any Buyer’s rating shared after ten days of completion.

Conflicts & Cancellation of Orders

We wish that a Buyer and a Seller must resolve their quarrel among themselves without involving us. However, if somehow the issue gets big, our team can help you with the resolution. Even if you feel any unauthorized activity proceeding on your account, you can write to us.

User-Generated Content

6maxi is not accountable for the accuracy of the content created or uploaded by any user on the website. If you create or upload any content, you are responsible for it. We do not provide any warranty to the Gigs, delivery, and interaction between Buyer and Seller.

Violation of any terms of Service may reward you with the suspension of the account. Users can enable the security features to safeguard their accounts from unauthorized access.
